We’ve talked a lot about learning organizations in past newsletters. It’s certainly a new traditional way of organizing a business. Systems thinking, personal mastery, methods, shared vision and team learning are all the ingredients of a learning organization. With this complex mix, there isn’t always a “Google it” answer for issues that arise in the organization.

Why has ZURB embraced this model as we’ve grown? Because this model encourages our team to take risks and drive innovation. More importantly, it’s a model that brings us closer to our customers. Each day we get better at these things as we charge forward. And when we get into a flow, amazing and creative things emerge.
