As part of our ZURB process, we publish our work to a website we call the 'extranet.' We'll capture all the work pieces for this event as it unfolds during the day- you can view these pages on the extranet here:

The first document to be published in the extranet is the goals page:
Goals PageHere's a snippet from the Goals page:
What's all this?
This is a focused presentation of goals defined by ZURB and Rebekah Children's Services. As part of these goals, it's important to highlight issues and questions that might prevent completion. Some of these points might be obvious, but they need to be captured.
Ways this document adds value:
- Keeps team on track
- Calls out potential problems
- Focuses effort around strategy
- Highlights the WIN
- Defines the playing field
When should we use this?
A goal document should be created any time there is a shift or advancement in strategy. We should update this document on an occasional basis..
