Two hours into the 24 and we’ve been rockin’ it full force! We’ve already made huge progress in getting our creative juices flowing with the LSA team by entering into brainstorming sessions to see what sort of messages and themes we want to center our work around. This involved breaking out into several different teams, throwing out major themes that LSA works with and then coming back together as a group to discuss what works best.
At the start of our process, we look to define the challenge of the project and then come together as a group to find consensus on an outcome. The ideas thrown around were simply amazing, especially considering how short our timebox was!
The leads came together to synthesize the best ideas. Some highlights that really resonated with the group are still ringing in our ears. “What is home?” was a popular one. We asked ourselves “What makes a house feel and function like a home?" Some of the other major themes that surfaced were ones of community, love, and building a better life. The most surprising part of this process might have been just how much we are all searching for these same things, making this endeavor and project all the more meaningful to our whole team.
