The past 24 hours was a whirlwind of creativity that demanded our resilience and tested our nerves. To call it "challenging" belittles the amount of work required. But we saw it through. At 7:40am Friday, the whole team gathered to watch the freshly-rendered promotional video — more than 1,400 long minutes after we began.
We also saw the newly-launched website, live at 25.rebuildingtogetherpeninsula.org.
Everyone did an amazing amount of work. Materials we had printed included:
- Promotional posters
- 25th anniversary invitations
- Thank-you cards
- Information brochures
- Inserts for the brochures — an item outside the original scope
Our print team also developed collateral that will be delivered digitally for print at a later date. These included:
- 3x6 Banner design
- Bus ad design
- Yard and 18x24" vehicle signs
- T-shirt
- 25th logo design
- Letterhead for 25th
- 6 branding Sticker designs
The microsite turned out to be quite a lot of work. We created and finished a fully-functional responsive site with:
- A secure event enrollment form
- Responsively-designed emails
- Auto-generated PDF tickets
They also produced a CMS that let administrators:
- Schedule and manage events
- Review ticket holders
- Enter and manage "special case" attendees
The content team developed:
- A strategic marketing plan
- Facebook cover images
- Twitter backgrounds
- And content for all of the teams above
We'd like to thank everyone who dedicated their time to make this awesome event possible. We would especially like to thank Rebuilding Together Peninsula for joining us for our sixth ZURB Wired!
