Ownership of posts is pretty strict in Notable - nobody else can go in and edit your posts, notes, or comments. But sets are a great way for multiple people to work together on a project. When you go to share your set, just select the check box that allows other users to add their own posts to it.
This setting is handy for collaborating and delegating. Here are some ways it can be used:
- A team lead can create a set and assign other people to fill it with posts.
- Team members can add posts as responses to other posts.
- You can add a new version of a page after revisions have been made - it's a great way to track progress!
