This week, we've moved just down the street from our old HQ into a brand-spanking new ZURB command center. We'll have more on that pretty soon. But in the meantime, we want to announce the first Soapbox in our new home.
So without further ado ... the first person to get on his soapbox in our new building is Howard Lindzon, CEO and Co-Founder of Stocktwits, the fast-growing social platform for investors.
Lindzon knows a thing or two about investing. He's plunked down investment capital in companies such as Rent.com, Golfnow.com and Tweetdeck. But he once passed on Twitter, but eventually earned stock when the social network snatched up Tweetdeck.
Lindzon is also credited with coming with the "$" hastag on Twitter that calls out tweets specifically about stocks. An idea Twitter was accused of swiping. Before that happened, however, Lindzon dumped his Twitter stock. Now he's revolutionizing the way investors communicate with one another.
Which is why we're super excited that Stocktwits CEO and Co-Founder Howard Lindzon will get on his ZURBsoapbox on Friday, February 22, 2013 to tell us when it's a good time to invest and when it's time to get out.
