ZURB is excited to welcome our newest ZURBians Louis Corso and Michelle Archuleta to the team!
Louis just completed his second day as our Customer Service Advocate— and guessing from the tired smile on his face, he's up for the challenge. As a Customer Service Advocate he's responsible for managing the day to day support issues and identifying opportunities to improve our first two products, Notable and Verify. Over the next year he'll help us streamline our customer service effort and help us launch new products.
What does he like about ZURB?
"I will most enjoy the opportunity my role presents to impact future products created here at ZURB by listening to the great feedback our customers provide every day. I'm already enjoying the fact that I haven't paid for lunch over the first two days I've been here!"
Louis has a background in customer service and inside sales— a perfect overlap of skills to help our customers learn to use our products. He's a graduate of San Francisco State University and a native Californian. He's also worked as a Mac Specialist for all those fanboys out there!
Keeping the Office Moving
Michelle joined us in December to take over the role of Office Manager from Amanda, who began a new journey with her husband Brian in Pennsylvania. We're grateful for our time together and wish her the best of luck starting a family! Michelle takes over the daunting task of growing our team and keeping the office running smoothly. ZURB has grown each of the past 7 years and Michelle will play an important role in making the next phase of our growth a fun and rewarding process.

Michelle, a Texas native, has been a Campbell local for 10 years and has already been a great resource for the team. Michelle joins us from Facebook, where she was one of the first 50 employees. We're excited to have her on the team and look forward to all her Valley insights!
