UPC Broadband is a leading provider of cable television, broadband internet and voice services in Europe, serving approximately 13,5 million customers throughout 10 countries. I work at UPC Broadband as a Conversion Optimization Manager. My main task is to optimize the UPC websites in order to get more customers.What is the pain point that Notable helps you with?
I mainly focus on conversions, consulting and reviewing usability, trustworthy and persuasiveness of the websites. I am in touch with the Online Marketing and Sales teams on all 10 markets and I help them with improving conversions. Notable helps me a lot with commenting the templates, previews or live pages. I like that I can
involve multiple people with Notable and
quickly tell them my opinion.
So far I have used it internally with a Hungarian team. They had made some changes on the website according my suggestions. Then they showed it to me as a preview. I made several comments via Notable to show the team what needs to be fixed.
