You would think that means we don't have job openings very often, but on the contrary, we're always looking for great talent that can build great things. We have a great culture here that allows us to work and learn in a collaborative environment. We value each of our team members and we work with each other to solve problems and create great things.
We even have a great atmosphere at the office. We have food, fresh fruit and drinks on hand, and on any given day a ZURBall fight could break out resulting in the occasional broken glass or lamp casualty. Our office has an open layout (no cubicles here!) supplemented by five break-out rooms where we hold brainstorms, client meetings, conference calls, scrums, etc.
