More Organizational Tools for our Plus Members

We recently added the ability to Drag & Merge posts and sets. But in our continued efforts to update Notable to improve your ability to share and exchange feedback with your team, we have a few more tweaks for you.

We recently brought a feature that was only available on our Premium Members to our Plus Members. For all of you using our Plus Membership of Notable your organize page will list both your Sets and Workspaces in a column on the left hand side of your posts. This will make it easier to track down your posts and organize them in bulk.

The Organize Page

Originally the left bar on the Organize Page was implemented as an advance feature to organize workspaces, which was only available for customers on our Premium Plan.

We received feedback that this feature would be useful for sets as well. While we want our different price points to have clear differences, we opted to open this organizational feature to customers on our Plus Plans using sets. Our top priority is keeping the app simple and easy to work with, therefore making many of our smaller features available across all account types.

If you are not familiar with this feature from our Premium Plans, take a look at this screenshot below:

Feature Breakdown

View Your Posts from Specific Sets or Workspaces on Your Organize Page.

Workspaces will be given more weight and will appear in the left hand navigation prior to your sets, which will appear below.

Click on Workspace to Reveal Inner Sets

If you have sets that are within a workspace a secondary navigation will appear. This will let you view contents specific to that Set to update the way those posts are organized.

As always if you have any questions or feedback you can get in touch with us via email at support@notableapp.com
