Influence: Introducing the Power of Workspaces
If you are familiar with Notable, then you might be a fan of a little feature we offer called workspaces. This powerful organizational tool has received a lot of praise, so we tweaked the feature and made it available for Influence.
With our new workspaces in Influence, you and your team can easily access a group of presentations. Within the workspace you will see all of your presentations and a list of your team members. Directly from this page you can either create new presentations or add team members working on your project.
While that’s pretty awesome, this update comes with a couple other hot new features:
- Create a new presentation directly in a workspace — This will instantly place your new presentation in the desired workspace, no need to find and move it over. Your newly-created presentation will be shared instantly with your team members in that particular workspace. Your teammates will be able to share, view, and edit the new presentation.
- Archive old Workspaces — Done with a group of presentations? Archive them, that way they won’t distract you during new projects, but they are still around for safe keeping.
- Select a Workspace — Hover your mouse over the "Home" button on the navigation bar. A drop down box will appear, and you can then select your desired workspace.
